Looking for other fun things to do in Table Rock and the South Carolina mountains? Our South Carolina Mountain Cabins are close to Table Rock SC, Caesar's Head, and all the beautiful sites and sounds of the area.  There are plenty of attractions and things to see nearby. Here we tried to include some of the most popular things to do and provide a bit about each.

Check out the lions, giraffes, elephants, toucans, and other exotic wildlife at the Greenville Zoo. A family favorite, the zoo is open 7 days a week, excluding holidays and is the perfect day outing for the whole family. The Greenville Zoo is located on a 14 acre site within the Cleveland Park. The Cleveland Park is also home to playgrounds, walking trails, tennis, and volleyball courts. You’ll certainly enjoy spending the day at the Greenville Zoo and Cleveland Park.

  Also located in Greenville is YMCA Camp Greenville. YMCA Camp Greenville has been taking South Carolina’s kids camping since 1912 and continues to be a camping tradition today. YMCA Camp Greenville has summer camps, family camps and they hold special retreats and programs throughout the year. Focused on following the teachings of Christ by example, the camp helps kids maintain healthy lifestyles for years to come. YMCA Camp Greenville is also home to the Symmes Chapel, one of the prettiest places at the camp. Throughout the year services are held at the Chapel and many private events are scheduled year round as many love to hold their weddings and family reunions at Symmes Chapel.

Just down Table Rock Road from Solitude Pointe is the Victoria Valley Vineyard which offer tours and tastings daily. Victoria Valley Vineyard produces many different types of wines and has excellent table wines and even some signatures wines that everyone loves. Spend an afternoon touring Victoria Valley Vineyard and enjoy wine, cheese and entertainment.

While you are here, you must take a short drive to Aunt Sue’s Country Corner. It is a unique mountain village with a delicious restaurant, ice cream parlor and specialty shops. It wouldn’t be a trip to the Table Rock area without visiting The Gospel House, The Rock House, The Candle House, The Glass House, The Animaland House, The Wood House and, of course The Ice Cream House at Aunt Sue’s!

The South Carolina Botanical Gardens at Clemson University are truly a spectacular thing to see. With over 295 acres devoted to gardens, walking trails, ponds, pathways and niche gardens, you’ll enjoy the many breathtaking, natural sites. Tours are available for groups and families, and smaller groups love the self guided tours through the gardens' many well manicured areas. Take a short drive and check out the Clemson Botanical Gardens, you’ll enjoy seeing the different varieties of flowers and gardens.
 

 
  Biltmore Estate is a southern attraction you do not want to miss. Take a short two hour drive from upstate South Carolina and you’ll be in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, the home of Asheville’s Biltmore Estate. The Biltmore House, gardens, winery, and farm are all spectacularly manicured and each new site is truly breathtaking. View one of the most famous and historic homes in the nation. Tours and other special events are held year round. You don’t want to miss a chance to see the beautiful Biltmore Estate.
