HOT TUB CABINS – Mountain,
Moose and Mallard – add $25.00 to
total stay.
LINENS PACKAGE – Includes
sheets, pillows, comforter; one
towel, one washcloth per person per
night. Additional linens available
for additional fee. With linens
price depends upon the number of
beds needed (i.e. 3 guests needing 3
separate beds made will be charged
the “three bed” pricing; 3 guests
not needing linens will be charged
the “3-4 people, w/out linens”

Reservations and Policies
- Check-in: 2:00PM
- Check-out: 12:00
noon
- There is a two-night weekend
minimum on all rental units;
three-nights on holidays.
- The fee for overnight visitors in
our cabins is $10.00 per adult (over
the age of 18 years) and $5.00 per
child (under the age of 18 years).
- All reservations require 50%
deposit.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and cash.
- Sorry, we do not accept checks
at check-in.
- NO smoking in any rental unit or
in any of our buildings.
- Quiet pets are welcome at
campsites, leashed and properly
cleaned after.
- Pets are not permitted in the
rental units or in any of our
buildings, on porches or at the
playground.
- NO alcoholic beverages.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- Arrivals before 2:00PM and
check-outs after 12:00PM could be
subject to an additional ˝ day fee.
Cancellations or Change of Date:
- 2 weeks or more notice:
Refund, less 10% of deposit,
minimum of $10.00
- Less than 2 weeks notice: No
refund; credit will be given
- All deposits will hold site until
10:00AM on the day after arrival
date; after that no refund of
deposit
- No refunds for inclement weather
or early departure

deposit required (refunded in full
if contract is adhered to and no
damage occurs to the lodge or
grounds)
- No alcohol or smoking is
allowed in our special events
