HOT TUB CABINS – Mountain, Moose and Mallard – add $25.00 to total stay.

RATES DEPEND upon the number of beds needed (i.e. 3 guests needing 3 separate beds made will be charged the “three bed” pricing. PRICE INCLUDES - sheets, pillows, comforter; one towel, one washcloth per person per night. Additional linens available for additional fee. Please call for questions or clarification.

Please Note: Solitude Pointe is a quiet place for couples and families to rest and relax. We do not allow adult alcoholic parties.

Cabin Reservations and Policies

  • Ages birth to 2 years – free
  • Prices do not include tax – 10% on cabins
  • Mid-week holidays subject to weekend rates (the following dates will be charged weekend rates: 7/4/11, 7/5/11, 9/5/11, 11/23/11, 11/24/11, 12/23/11, 12/24/11, 12/30/11, 12/31/11, 1/1/12, 1/2/12, 5/27/12, 5/28/12, 7/1/12, 7/2/12, 7/3/12, 7/4/12, 7/5/12, 9/2/12, 9/3/12, 11/21/12, 11/22/12, 12/23/12, 12/24/12, 12/25/12, 12/30/12, 12/31/12, 1/1/13
  • Two night minimum stay on weekends; Three night minimum on holidays
  • Check-in time is after 2:00PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures will be charged a $10.00 per hour late fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Overnight visitor fee in our cabins is $10.00 per adult (over 18 years) and $5.00 per child.

Surprise Your Sweetheart!
Create a lasting memory and a HUGE surprise that won’t be forgotten in your lifetime! You'll enter your master bedroom to a rose petal covered bed, after a bath or shower, dry off in your own luxurious embroidered towels and share some chocolates and a non-alcoholic drink. The towels and glasses are yours to keep and they will be wonderful reminders of your special night. It will be ready when you arrive for an additional $85. Add the hot tub to your sweetheart package for a total of $100.00.

RV Sites - Pricing Schedule

  • $32.00 per night (2 adults and 2 children) plus 10% tax; for 50 amp service, add $3.00 per night
  • Each extra person: $5.00 per night per adult (18 or over), $2.00 per night per child
  • Visitor Fees - Overnight or more than 4 hours is
    $5.00 per adult over age 18 and $2.00 per child. Maximum of 8 people (including children) is allowed per site. There is a $2.00 per person charge for visitor participation in campground-sponsored activities
  • Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 Noon. Early arrivals and late check-outs will be charged a fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Three-night minimum on holidays
  • Quiet, non-aggressive dogs are welcome at campsites, leashed and properly cleaned after.
  • Stay 6 nights and get the 7th free
  • Some extended stay sites available; call for pricing and application



General Policies for Cabins and RV Sites

  • All reservations require 50% deposit.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.
  • Sorry, we do not accept checks at check-in.
  • NO smoking in any cabin, lodge or other building. If you smoke inside one of our rental units, your credit card will be charged a $250.00 SMOKE REMOVAL CLEANING FEE.
  • Pets are not permitted in the rental units or in any of our buildings
  • NO alcoholic beverages.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.

Cancellations: 2 weeks or more notice:
Cabins – Refund, less $25.00 cancellation fee
Campsite – Refund, less $10.00 cancellation fee

Cancellations less than 2 weeks:
Cabins – No refund, credit given toward another stay, less $10.00 handling fee
Campsite – No refund, credit given toward another stay, less $5.00 handling fee
All credit must be used within one year of cancellation date.

Change of Dates:
Cabins - $10.00 handling fee
Campsite - $5.00 handling fee

  • No refunds, No credits given for Cancellations on Easter, Memorial weekend, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
     
  • No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.

  • Event Hall rental fee includes use of white banquet tables and chairs

5% discount per 2-night cabin rental for your event
i.e. – If all 6 cabins are rented (2 night minimum each) by you or your guests, you receive a 30% discount on your Event Hall reservation. Reservations must be made by 30 days prior to event as discount is taken at time of balance due.

Other
  • 50% credit card deposit due at time of Event Hall Reservation (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
  • Balance due 1 month prior to event
  • Additional $50.00 cash security deposit required on day of event; (refunded in full if contract is adhered to and no damage occurs to the Event Hall or grounds)
  • No alcohol or smoking is allowed in our Event Hall
  • No refunds given for cancellation of Event Hall
