RV Sites Policies

RV RESERVATION POLICIES

-Check-in is between 2:00 and dark; For your safety and ours as we escort you into your site, you MUST arrive before dark.
-Check out is by 12:00 noon.
-Early arrivals and late departures will be charged a $2.00 per hour fee; prior arrangements (24 hours in advance) must be made.
-Maximum of two vehicles per site.
-Must be 22 years old to rent RV site.
-Three night minimum reservation on holidays.
-Only factory-built, RVIA certified campers; No custom-built recreational vehicles.
-No tent camping available.

General Policies
-Prices are based on up to 4 people (adults and children).
-Additional people (up to 6 maximum per site) are charge $5.00 per person.
-Please list names of each person in your party (adults and children) on reservation.
-ANYONE coming to visit (not on original reservation form) while you are a guest in our park, and staying longer than 10 minutes, MUST have prior approval, must register in office upon arrival and pay visitor fee.
-If we find that you have unregistered guests, you may be asked to leave. No refunds.
-Daily Visitor Fees - $5.00 per adult (16 and older); $2.00 per child (ages 1-15).
-Overnight Visitor Fees - $5.00 per person.
-Children under age 18 may not be left alone at your RV site.
-NO SMOKING in our Bathhouse. If you smoke inside the bathhouse, your credit card will be charged a $250.00 smoke removal cleaning fee.
-Camp fires must be kept contained within the fire rings and attended at all times. Fires must be completely extinguished before departing or going to bed.
-NO out of state firewood. Firewood is for sale in office.
-Fireworks are prohibited.

Pet Policies
-We allow up to 2 pets - must be listed on reservation and approved in advance of arrival. Do not tell us you have 2 pets and show up with more.
-No aggressive breeds (no Pit Bulls or other Bull Terriers, Rottweilers or Chows) -All pets must be non-aggressive and have no prior history of biting or aggression toward other people.
-All pets must be kept on a leash and must be properly cleaned up after.
-Pets are not to be left alone in the RV (or in a fenced in area outside your RV).
-We ask you to be respectful of the solitude of others and handle your pet's barking immediately.
-Pets are not permitted in the Bathhouse or any of our Rental Units.

-Please note: Solitude Pointe is a quiet place for couples and families to rest and relax.
-No alcoholic parties, loud music, use of profanity or boisterous behavior are allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations: 30 days or more notice: Refund less 10% cancellation fee (minimum $10.00).
(Monthly/extended stay reservation cancellation - no refund of deposit.)
Cancellations between 30 days and 14 days: Partial refund only if your site is re-rented.
Cancellations less than 14 days, No refund unless you have paid for the additional Travel Protection (see below).

Change of Date: 30 days or more notice: One change of date allowed at no charge with 30 days or more notice. (Does not include monthly stays.)
Change of Date between 30 days and 14 days: Partial refund only if your site is re-rented.
Change of Date less than 14 days: No refund. New reservation must be made.

No Refunds for inclement weather.

TRAVEL PROTECTION is available for Purchase with your Reservation:
Travel Protection provides a 100% reimbursement of your booking total minus the Travel Protection fee if an eligible event should occur 24 hours, 2 days, or up to 14 days prior to your arrival date or during your stay that prevents you from attending or completing your booking.

The eligible date range before your arrival date varies depending on the reimbursement request and evidence is required for your reimbursement.
